B&B IN ROME

 

Casa il Rosario provides B&B accommodation. Below is some information about the stay.

CHECK-INAfter 2.00 pm, except particular cases to be agreed with the Direction before. Rooms are usually assigned from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival.

CHECK-OUTRooms must be left free not later than 10.00 am on the day of departure. For late check-out, if not agreed with the Direction before, the “daily Use” will be charged.

CURFEWGuests have to come back to the property before midnight.

BREAKFAST: included in the room rates.

B&B SERVICES:

  • Free Wi-fi
  • Linen change every 3 days
  • Daily cleaning (not on Sundays): room cleaning is done by 12:00; if you put the "Do Not Disturb" sign, the room will not be cleaned that day.
  • Heating
  • Air conditioning upon request
  • Crib upon request

CHAPEL: 

In the facility there is a Chapel available for all the guests for prayers and religious service attendance.

MEETING ROOM: 

Within the B&B there is a meeting room available for groups booked at Casa il Rosario only. 

PAYMENT:

Full Payment including city tax is charged on the credit card  on the day of arrival. We only accept Visa and Mastercard.

Guests who check out before the end of the stay cannot claim any refund excepted serious cases assessed by the Direction of the Property.
Guests who have already paid a deposit in case of cancellation or no-show are not entitled to any refund.

CITY TAX:

City Tax is € 6 per person per night. Children under 10 years do not pay the city tax. It is only due for 10 consecutive nights spent in the same facility.

OTHER INFORMATION:

The Direction is not responsible for goods or valuables left unattended by guests in the rooms. Cash money and valuables can be deposited in the safe of the Property which is at guests' disposal.

For any complaint guests should contact the Direction which is responsible for the Property management.
